Does the issue occur on all Windows 7 x86 computers, or only on certain computers? I suggest you check firewall settings. Please ensure that TCP 443 is not blocked. If it does not help, I suggest you reset IE settings. 1. Click Start, please type “inetcpl.cpl” (without quotation marks) in the Start Search bar and press Enter to open the Internet options window.2. Switch to the Advanced tab.3. Click the "Reset Internet Explorer Settings" button.4. Click Reset to confirm the operation.5. Click Close when the resetting process has finished.6. Uncheck the "Enable third-party browser extensions" option in the Settings box.7. Click Apply, click OK. If the issue persists, I suggest you temporary disable your antivirus, then check the result again. If the issue still occurs, please try to disable any security related add-ons in IE and check the result again. If the above suggestions do not work, please export HiJackThis log and copy the contents of the log into your next post.HijackThis Please Note: The third-party product discussed here is manufactured by a company that is independent of Microsoft. Right-click the zip file, choose "Extract All", select the path to save the file (you may leave it as the default value), and then you will receive the extracted file.4. Double click the extracted file to run HiJackThis. (Note: If there is a notification message, please click OK.) 5. In the HijackThis window, click "Do a system scan and save a log file". (Note: If there is a notification message, please click OK.) 6. HijackThis will scan the system and generate a log file in Notepad. 7. On the log file menu, please click File and choose Save As. Please save the file to the Desktop. 8. Open the log and copy the contents into your post. Arthur Xie - MSFT
